I don´t know about you but I was always thinking about those charity parties as a kind of snobs parties where only rich people come. I was also thinking that it has more to do with promoting the people who are part of this party than with the actual charity. After all, do we know how much money really goes to poor people or children? I have never seen such stats and I don´t think they are published somewhere. From what I have seen at the pictures from such parties, they are really expensive. They usually take place in luxurious hotels and are full of expensive food, drinks and famous people. There is obviously plenty of reporters, journalists and paparazzi´s that are making sure that the world will see how generous are those celebrities. I have recently read a newspaper in the magazine that was dedicated to this subject. It was a charity party where people were giving away their bullion bars. There were also photos attached to it and the party looked exactly like I´ve said in the beginning. Would you give your gold price per gram for such case? Have you ever been to a party like this? I would really like to know, so please tell me. What are your experiences in this matter?
